The rules of the road for using divinehealers.org.
Effective date: April 28, 2026 · Last updated: April 28, 2026
Note: These pre-launch terms cover use of the divinehealers.org "Coming Soon" page. A more comprehensive Terms of Service governing use of the full Divine Healers platform will be published at launch in May 2026 and will supersede this notice at that time.
These terms are an agreement between you and Infinite Creativity LLC, an Oregon limited liability company doing business as "Divine Healers" (referred to as "we," "us," or "Divine Healers"). By using divinehealers.org, you accept these terms.
Today, divinehealers.org is a pre-launch landing page. You can read about our forthcoming community marketplace and submit your email address to be notified when we open. The site does not currently sell goods or services, does not currently process payments, and does not currently offer healing sessions. Those capabilities will arrive when the full platform launches.
Please do not use this site to: send unsolicited communications, attempt to access areas of the site not intended for public use, attempt to disrupt or compromise the site, submit other people's email addresses without their permission, or otherwise violate applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these rules.
The Divine Healers name, logo, and brand identity are the property of Infinite Creativity LLC. The text and design of this site are protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Nothing on this site constitutes medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. If you need professional advice, please consult a licensed professional. Spiritual and energy healing services, when offered through the future Divine Healers platform, are not medical or mental-health care and are not a substitute for either.
This site is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the extent permitted by Oregon law, our total liability arising from your use of this site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Our handling of personal information you submit is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
We may update these terms as we prepare for launch. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes must be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Deschutes County, Oregon, except as required otherwise by law.
