Note: This is the pre-launch privacy policy covering the divinehealers.org "Coming Soon" page. A more comprehensive privacy policy and data-retention policy will be published when the full Divine Healers platform launches in May 2026, and will replace this notice at that time.
Divine Healers is a service of Infinite Creativity LLC, an Oregon limited liability company doing business as "Divine Healers." Our office is in Bend, Oregon. The website divinehealers.org is owned and operated by Infinite Creativity LLC.

The pre-launch divinehealers.org page collects only what you voluntarily provide through the announcement-list signup form. Specifically:
Your email address, the date and time you submitted it, and your IP address. We collect the IP address solely for abuse prevention and to comply with applicable law in the event of fraud, harassment, or other unlawful use.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this page. We do not set cookies for analytics, advertising, or profiling. The page may make a request to Google Fonts for typography; that request is governed by Google's privacy policy.
We will email you, one time, when the Divine Healers platform launches. After that one notification, we will not contact you further without your explicit consent. Your email address is not sold, rented, leased, or otherwise shared with any third party for marketing purposes.
If you reply to our launch email, you may be added to our regular mailing list at that point with your consent. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Email addresses collected on this pre-launch page are retained until thirty (30) days after the launch announcement is sent, after which they are either migrated (with consent) to our regular mailing list or permanently deleted.
You may, at any time, request to see what we have stored about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Send a request to Matthew@DivineHealers.org from the email address on file. We will respond within forty-five (45) days, normally much sooner.
Residents of Oregon, California, and the European Economic Area have additional rights under the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act, and the General Data Protection Regulation respectively. We honor those rights even where they go beyond what this policy promises.
We protect the data on this page with industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS), restrict access to the underlying server, and store the subscriber list in a location not directly accessible from the public web. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever discover a breach affecting your information we will notify you without undue delay.
This site is not directed to children under thirteen. We do not knowingly collect information from children under thirteen.
We may update this notice as we prepare for launch. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated to anyone on the announcement list.
